Golden Retrievers in Pastel
My beautiful dogs
I adore Golden Retrievers or perhaps more accurately, I am completely potty about them.
I have owned other breeds of dog in the past but when I brought my first Golden Retriever home 25 years ago, I knew that I had found my perfect match.
They are very intelligent ‘people’ dogs with warm sunny dispositions and plenty of personality.
You may have noticed how often they appear in my paintings and this is not because I always have to climb over one or both of them to get to my easel. I sometimes wonder if I should implement a studio booking system, so I can reserve some space for myself.
My dogs mean the world to me. They are a fundamental and integral part of my life and I would be lost without them.
